Mr. Zetlin is an associate at the firm. His practice focuses on both litigation and transactional matters. This includes prosecuting gTLD’s, managing intellectual property rights, drafting entertainment industry contracts, and litigating a wide range of matters. Prior to joining Freund & Brackey, Mr. Zetlin worked at Bet Tzedek Legal Services, where he held a prestigious Hastings Bridge Fellowship. While there, he engaged in housing litigation and assisted clients with estate planning.
During law school at University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Zetlin was the Executive Symposium Editor of the Hastings Communication and Entertainment Law Journal. Mr. Zetlin also served as a graduate summer associate at The Walt Disney Studios. He worked in the Motion Picture Marketing and Distribution department, drafting contracts and advising the business unit on a wide range of legal matters.
Before attending law school, Mr. Zetlin spent several years in television production. His experiences included time as a researcher at The History Channel and a stint as a reality television story producer for Fremantle Media.
Growing up in Los Angeles, Mr. Zetlin attended the Mirman School and Oakwood School. He received both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in History from Brandeis University before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
